Join Early Access.
Early Access will let us save your information so we can tell you when there is something to try. It will not create an account, enroll you in the Founding Beta, or guarantee admission. The form below is still a preview, so nothing you enter is stored yet.
- Registration is planned; this is a development preview.
- No automatic paid enrollment.
- Beta access will be released in phases.

What members may test
The planned first usable beta focuses on the Phase 1 workflow below. Later capabilities are separate and may arrive incrementally.
Early core workflows
- Create a home
- Accept a suggested maintenance task or create a custom task
- Set a one-time, recurring, or seasonal schedule
- Assign a household-member profile where applicable
- See upcoming, due-soon, and overdue work
- Mark maintenance complete
- Preserve completion in maintenance history
- Optionally add simple equipment/system records
Core platform expansion
May include, introduced gradually:
- Phase 2: broader recommendations and equipment organization
- Phase 2: manuals and the initial MainteNest IQ Report
- Phase 2: plan capabilities, multi-home, and Home Manager
- Later invited Household Member account access when available
- Phase 3: iOS, native reminders, mobile completion, photos, household tasks, and synchronized records
Later intelligent capabilities
Planned, subject to testing:
- Phase 4: equipment-label scanning
- Detailed reviewed maintenance guidance
- Source-aware AI and approved manual summaries
- Tools and supplies preparation
- Approved video guidance
- Richer IQ reporting
Suggested tasks are recommendations, not exact manufacturer or model requirements. They become active only when you choose to add them. Adjust the schedule before adding, dismiss a suggestion, or remove the resulting task later. Applicable manufacturer instructions remain authoritative.
Custom tasks are homeowner-created and may exist without equipment. Schedule them once, on a recurring basis, or seasonally; assign a profile where applicable, mark them complete, and include them in history. They do not automatically receive verified MainteNest safety classifications. Reviewed suggestions may carry safety labels where applicable.
Phase 1 may use household-member profiles managed by the primary account holder. Completions may be recorded under an applicable assigned profile. Normal household assignment is not Pro-only and does not require separate household logins, individual email delivery, or Home Manager access.
The first usable beta focuses on distinct in-app upcoming, due soon, overdue, and completed states. Email reminders may follow during Phase 1. Native push notifications belong with later iOS functionality.
Equipment is optional for creating or scheduling tasks. Simple manually entered records may include category, manufacturer and model when known, serial number when useful, installation date, location, and notes. A record does not imply complete category coverage, automatic identification, or generated model-specific maintenance.
Manual organization and the initial MainteNest IQ Report belong to Phase 2. The report summarizes documented maintenance activity; it is not a condition assessment, inspection, appraisal, valuation, or safety certification. MainteNest does not diagnose equipment failures.

This roadmap reflects MainteNest's current development direction. Timing, scope, release order, and plan availability may change based on beta feedback, technical testing, safety review, privacy requirements, product readiness, and applicable mobile-platform review.
Phases are directional. Features may arrive incrementally; phase inclusion does not guarantee release, simultaneous member access, or inclusion in every plan. This is not a guaranteed release schedule or contractual commitment.
Private development and selected iOS testing may precede public release. Later AI and guidance remain within reviewed sources and safety boundaries. MainteNest does not diagnose equipment failures.
